Order and planning tool
The use of the E-Portal, which is also now available as mobile version, helps you save time. The spare parts for your machines are shown with a photo, price and availability so that the number of inquiries is reduced drastically. You can manage your complete order processing via the E-Portal or your own internal purchasing system. In the Corporate Portal several location-specific E-Portals may be combined.
Information and communication channel
The E-Portal has become an important communication channel. On this platform we inform you about parts superseding obsolete or discontinued components, for instance, or provide you with up-to-date information on upgrade kits for your installed base. By activating the notification button in your profile you are always up-to-date.
Customized platform
The customer and machine specific E-Portal contains up-to-date parts lists and machine data which help you with material management projects such as stock optimization and wear parts categorization. By creating so-called memos you can mark spare parts for future maintenance projects on your machines.
