Technical Audit: The health check for your machinery

Just like you take care of your own health, you want to look after your packaging equipment’s well-being: Technical Audits are the health check-up for your machine. In a three-phase process, an interdisciplinary audit team will analyze the condition of single machines as well as complete lines.

Potential inefficiencies as well as technical or organizational stoppers will be detected and optimized. With our special software, our technicians will log your machines’ data, analyze its precise performance and detect potential risks. This will result in an improvement of your overall production and packaging process.

Our three-phase process:

Our Technical Audit teams will provide detailed suggestions for an increase of your machinery’s performance and give you comprehensive estimation of costs aiming to improve your Return on Investment (ROI).

Bosch returns on site one year after the implementation of any upgrades to review the progress that has been made. Any corrections needed will be provided to ensure continuing improvements.
Our goal is to increase your equipment’s efficiency and to lower your costs in the long term.
